A second opinion is only useful if you can see where every part of it came from. This page sets out how MEDREVIEW 365 separates your records from AI-assisted structuring and from the specialist's own clinical judgement, and which claims we deliberately do not make.
You decide which documents to upload. Files are transferred over TLS and stored in a private bucket that only you and the assigned reviewer can open. Nothing is emailed, and no document is sent to your hospital unless you authorise it in writing.
Software indexes and structures your records into a clinical timeline, extracts stated findings and flags gaps in the record. It does not diagnose, does not grade findings and does not make treatment recommendations. Every AI-generated element in a specialist report is checked by the reviewing clinician.
A licensed consultant in the relevant specialty reads the structured case, states their reasoning in writing, cites the guidance they rely on and signs the report. The opinion is informational and advisory; your treating clinician remains responsible for your care.
MEDREVIEW 365 is not an emergency service and cannot respond to acute deterioration. If you have chest pain, breathlessness, sudden weakness or speech difficulty, uncontrolled bleeding, a high fever during chemotherapy, or any rapidly worsening symptom, call your local emergency number or attend the nearest emergency department now.
MedReview 365 provides independent, informational second opinions based on the records you supply. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace the care of your treating clinician.
