Medical disclaimer

Read this disclaimer before relying on any report produced through MedReview 365.

Not a diagnosis

Reports are based solely on the documents you supply. Without a physical examination, direct access to source imaging and full longitudinal records, no remote review can constitute a diagnosis. Statements in a report describe what the available documentation supports and where uncertainty remains.

No prescribing

MedReview 365 does not prescribe medicines, adjust doses, order investigations or arrange procedures. Any medicine named in a report is discussed as a recognised option to raise with your prescriber, not as an instruction to you.

Role of artificial intelligence

AI is used to extract, order and summarise documents and to highlight items for clinical attention. AI output is never issued to a patient without review. Every report is read, amended where necessary and digitally signed by a licensed specialist who takes responsibility for its clinical content.

Emergencies

Do not use this service for emergencies. If you have chest pain, breathlessness at rest, sudden weakness or facial droop, uncontrolled bleeding, a fever with a temperature of 38°C or above during chemotherapy, or thoughts of harming yourself, contact emergency services or attend your nearest emergency department immediately.
