Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the MedReview 365 platform. By creating an account or submitting a case you accept them.
Nature of the service
MedReview 365 provides informational, document-based second opinions and case organisation. It is not a treating provider. No doctor–patient relationship of a treating nature is created, no examination is performed and no prescriptions are issued.
Your responsibilities
You agree to supply accurate and complete records, to upload only records you are entitled to share, and to discuss any output with your own clinician before acting on it.
- Do not use the platform for emergencies or acutely deteriorating symptoms
- Do not upload records belonging to another person without their authority
- Keep your account credentials confidential
Reviewer independence
Reviewing specialists give independent opinions. Opinions may support, qualify or differ from your treating team's plan. A difference of opinion is not in itself evidence of error by either party.
Fees and cancellation
Package prices are fixed and shown before payment. Where specialist review has not yet begun, a case may be cancelled for a full refund. Once a specialist has begun review, fees for work performed are non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
We do not warrant any clinical outcome. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected case. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
