Every package includes encrypted record handling, AI-assisted clinical structuring and a written report; specialist packages add an independent consultant's interpretation and signature. We give an informational opinion on the documents supplied — not a diagnosis, prescription or promised outcome.

One fixed fee, paid once, covering the specialist’s time and the written report. No subscription, no consultation charge on top, and a full refund if your case cannot proceed because essential records — usually histology or staging imaging — are unavailable.
Every package delivers an independent written opinion on the records you upload, including prioritised questions for your own doctor. No package includes a diagnosis, a prescription or a guaranteed outcome — treatment decisions stay with the clinician caring for you.

Pricing questions
- Are the prices fixed?
- Yes. Package prices are shown before payment and cover the work described. If your case needs an additional specialty, we quote that separately and only proceed with your written approval.
- What if my records are incomplete?
- Our intake team tells you which documents are missing before specialist review begins. If the case cannot proceed for want of essential records — most often histology or staging imaging reports — we refund in full.
- Can I cancel?
- A case can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before a specialist begins review. Once review has started, fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
- Do you bill insurers?
- We do not bill insurers directly. We provide an itemised invoice and a clinical summary that many private insurers and employer health schemes accept for reimbursement.
- Is a video consultation included?
- A 30-minute video consultation with the reviewing specialist is included in the Specialist Review and Multidisciplinary Review packages, and can be added to Essential Review for an additional fee.
- How is urgency handled?
- Priority processing shortens specialist review to 72 hours where a reviewer in the required subspecialty is available. Urgency does not change the depth of review. This service is not appropriate for emergencies.
MedReview 365 provides independent, informational second opinions based on the records you supply. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace the care of your treating clinician. Discuss any recommendation with your own medical team, and call your local emergency number for urgent or deteriorating symptoms.
